Blue Moon is a small family run business that knows how to get the best products and give the best advice.
Blue Moon Mortgages and Insurance began as a partnership between Sue Walker and Rachel Williams (mother and daughter) in 2004 – the name came about from the song, not the football fans!
We started as part of a network but quickly moved into the directly authorised arena to make sure we were offering the very best to our clients, without the restrictions being placed by networks. At that time we already had extensive experience in the mortgage and insurance market and so could take all that knowledge and use it to provide great service. In doing so, we became that rare gem among financial advisers – a long- established firm with a young, keen eye on the fast-moving needs of house buyers.
We constantly update our services to reflect the latest technology and our clients tell us that we provide excellent value driven products, with old-fashioned service standards. We are flexible in offering telephone, email or face to face advice and the kettle is always on if you pop in.
Sue and Rachel are still actively involved in the business and still have the same belief that we can use our experience and knowledge to enhance your house buying process, whilst also developing contacts for you to use who also offer high quality service. We believe that by helping you to understand the choices that are available you will find it easier to make an informed choice rather than trying to fit into a one size fits all solution.
